He's hands are too short, make him look like a T-Rex. And why is he wearing a skirt?.. Although, cool style, but I think you should do a little research on human anatomy to improve your technique.

I think it's a little cliche. I mean - really? Another eye in a triangular? This symbol is the oldest in a book, it is thousands of years old. Even the dollar bills have it.
But, it is nicely done and has a very trippy, appealing style. Appealing to the eye, of course.
