Why does a cosmonaut die? Is he running out of air? A life (or, maybe - air) bar would sure clear things up.

thanks for the comments. i think i made it more clear now and added instructions that explain what's going on better. but he doesn't run out of air, instead the ship gets out of orbit and falls into the depths of space. i tried to visually represent this by replacing the cosmonaut with the spaceship. thanks again!
